Diffuse Sapphire and Cubic Zirconia Ring : 10K White Gold – 4.50 CT TGW

An oval-shape diffuse sapphire is prong-set in the middle & is surrounded by round CZs. Edges are detailed with fine milgrain work in between smaller CZs on the sides. Made in 10K white gold this ring had a total gem weight (TGW) of 4.50 carat.
